Summer Learning Journey - Activity 3 - Week 1

On your blog tell us where you would build your hotel and what you would use to build it. For an extra five points, use Google Drawings to design one room in your hotel. You can also use a paper and pencil to draw your room, take a picture of the drawing, and post it on your blog.

I would build my own Hotel in Australia, because they have a beautiful breeze, and most of my family lives there, so I would build mine in Australia. I would use Wood to build my own Hotel.

  4. HI Mele!
Your drawing of your hotel room is outstanding. It has so much detail to it, it almost looks as if it was an actual hotel room. You have really good potential & Skills. How long did it take you to draw all of this?
    Keep it up!

  5. Kia ora Mele,

First of all, what a wonderful picture of the hotel you have created! I like the sky blue colour you have used and I love that you have included heart-shaped pillows, I would very much enjoy resting my head on those! Thank you for thinking about having a laundry room, it will be super helpful to have.

Australia is a great choice, have you been to visit your family there before? I've been to Sydney twice and that's the only place in Australia that I have visited. It's a wonderful country with lots of fun and exciting activities to do but their summer weather is really hot! Now that I think about it, I'm starting to miss my time in Australia so please book me in your hotel for a week or two, I'd love to stay there! Will you be going to Australia anytime soon?

    Best,
    Evelyn :)
