Colour Theory

This week for tech was our last session of tech. Our tech teacher was Ms Ferguson. Today we learnt the differences between analogous colours and complementary colours. A analogous colour is a colour that is next to each other. A complementary colour is a colour that is opposite each other. Above shows the DLO and the drawing that I created on my own. For my complementary colours I decided to use orange, blue, and purple to colour in my Fanta. For my next logo I will be colouring the Fanta, by using analogous colours. At the moment im still colouring in my analogous Fanta drawing. 

Tech Reflection

Today for tech was our third session of Tech. Today our teacher was Ms Ferguson. Today we did something a bit different. Today's task was set on a piece of paper using a pair of compass, ruler, and a pencil. For this task we were to draw one of the followings: flower, cube, or a star. I decided to draw a flower, because it was easier for me to draw, since Ms Ferguson drew it. Drawing this helped us practise how to use a compass. The shapes that I used to draw my flower was circles. After drawing our flower we were to colour it in by using colouring felts, or colouring pencils. 

Tinkercad Design

Today for tech was our first session of term 4. Today our tech teacher was Ms Ferguson. Before going on Tinkercad we were to plan our design on a piece of paper. The designs that we chose were either from thingiverse or drive.  At the moment I am not finished, but I have imported my character so far.   On tinkercad we also used different types of shapes, files, and holes.

Tinkercad

Today for Graphics we used Tinkercad to create our own characters. We were to choose one of the teachers or students in our class to create. I decided to create Ms Ferguson ( Tech teacher). Today I only had time to draw Ms Ferguson's legs, shoes, pants, head, and her shirt. To create these characters we were to use workplace, holes, and grouping. 

Design Models

Today for Tech we created design models by using Plasticine. Today we were to create 3 different design models. We were to create design models to support our phones. Today I created a Micky Mouse bow, a sad face, and a speaker. My favourite design that I created today was the Micky Mouse bow. This design holds my phone by making sure that my phone won't fall forwards. I think that I should improve myself, by measuring it precisely, so that all of my sides can be the same size.
