Summer Learning Journey Day 5 Bonus Activity Week Four

Today for this task I had to:Write a description of what New Zealand will be like at that time (80 – 90 years from now). What kind of houses will people live in? What will they eat? Where will they work? Our roads will turn into dust. People will live in their normal houses but 3 story houses. Their food will be served by specials drones that can lift any type of foods. There will be no more plastic things. Our trees will be more bigger as if it's about to touch the tree. We will have different colored traffic lights. People would live in a country they never knew about. People will start working at night and then finish in the morning. Cafe's will no longer exist.

For this task I had to:
Take a minute to think about my future. What would you I like to do when I finish school? Would I like to work in a specific job? Would I like to study at university? What would I study? I would like to work for Pakn'save as a start off job and then after about 1 year I would want to go to university. I would really want to study being a midwife.I would want to study a Midwife because my mum is a midwife and she is really influencing me to be one.

In 1990, one of the largest national parks in New Zealand, Tongariro, was listed as a World Heritage Site. It is a truly spectacular place to visit! Thousands of people go to Tongariro every year and hike the Tongariro Crossing. Visit the Tongariro website to learn more about the one-day hike. For this task I had to tell people what I would need to pack if I was going to hike the Tongariro Crossing. What should you bring with you? Write a list of at least 5 items. Here is my answer:

Today for this activity I had to find out my favorite sweet or dessert . I had to use google to find out a recipe for it. Rachel/Hazel favourite sweet was cup of tea with chocolate biscuits. To be honest I really love chocolate biscuits with tea too. All you need is milk,tea,boil water, cup,plate, and cookies to enjoy with.

Today for this activity I had to Compare the pictures of common clothing from the late 1940s to what we wear now (in 2017/2018). Are they similar or are they quite different? On your blog tell us which of the two styles you prefer and why. The pictures above were taken over 65 years ago! What do you think people will be wearing 65 years from now?

They are really different to each other. The kids wear a puffy dress and the boys wear shorts,tie, and jumper but the elders wear something different. I would rather prefer the kids one because it looks better on me.

Today for this acitvity I had to On your blog, tell us all about your (imaginary) VE party.

For my party I would invite all my best friends and my family and the food will be fruit salad ,pizza drinks, sushi, and more. I would also play music and buy a big pool. I would also do more activities like the apple challenge and the thumb challenge.

PBS Blogging- Bonus Activity- Day 5

Today was our last day. I really enjoyed doing these activities. It helped me acknowledge information when I get back to school. For this task I had to create a Venn diagram writing down the differences and similarities between the Harbor Bridges. I made this by using a google draw.

Today for day 5 I did my second activity. For this activity I just used blogger straight away. The task was to find out the cost and requirements I have to meet up to have a go at bungee jumping.I learnt everything by searching it up. 

PBS Learning Journey- Day 5- Activity 1

Today is our last day for the PBS learning journey. As you can see that I've started my first activity for day 5. For this task I had to make a DLO showing facts about the Auckland Harbor Bridge- When was it built?, Who Designed it?, and How long it is?. I made this by using a google slides and also attributing one image of the Auckland Harbor Bridge. I wrote everything down on one slide.
