Summer Learning Journey Day 5 Activity 1 Week Four

For this task I had to:
Take a minute to think about my future. What would you I like to do when I finish school? Would I like to work in a specific job? Would I like to study at university? What would I study? Maybe I'd even like to move overseas. Share your thoughts and ideas on your blog site. There are no wrong answers! Here is my answer:
I would like to work for Pakn'save as a start off job and then after about 1 year I would want to go to university. I would really want to study being a midwife.I would want to study a Midwife because my mum is a midwife and she is really influencing me to be one.

  1. Kia Ora Mele!

My name is Cadence and I am one of the SLJ bloggers who will be working with your cluster!

Wow Mele, what an admirable occupation! That is very cool and I would say go for it! Aim for the stars! I think that is a brilliant plan of yours, especially taking a year to work before you study. You will learn a lot of important skills and gain a huge amount of experience in your first job. Plus it gives you some time to save up some money, or spend it! :D

Imagine if you and your mum worked at the same hospital together!! That would be so special!

My dream job is being a primary school teacher I’m going to start at the end of this month which I am so excited about. I hope I can go overseas and teach somewhere like Canada or Africa too.

What about you? Would you like to travel overseas one day? Maybe just for a holiday or work in another country.

I look forwarding to reading more of your blog posts!

  3. Hello Mele
Good job on completing this summer learning journey activity. It's great to hear that your mum is influencing you to be a midwife. Do you know how much a midwife gets paid? Keep up the awesome work Mele!

  4. Hi Mele
Great job on completing this activity, I like how you said that you want to follow in your mother's footsteps. I have a question though, is anyone else in your family a midwife or deciding to become one?
