LI: To develop an understanding of the different elements of Matariki. To make Text to Text, Text to World, and Text to Self connections. I learnt that all around the world different kind of people celebrate festivals from different countries.Such as Christmas,Easter,Halloween and more. I learnt this by writing information about what my Family celebrates around the world. I also used pictures to match with information I wrote. In my Family we always celebrate Easter and Christmas every year. As you can see it tells you how my Family celebrates Easter and Christmas.
