General Knowledge

Today I did my General knowledge Today for my culture study I did Tonga. I had to add in the Tonga flag in and what is the Capital city of Tonga. My Interesting about this was the visiting page.

Blessing

This Morning we had a blessing of our grand opening new modern  buildings: Ls1 & Ls2.
The kapa haka group and the presenters came to our school to bless our new buildings. It satrted early in the morning at 7:00. At the end we got to eat some snacks because we came so early and were all hungry.

China Highlights Tour







Today I did a article on China Highlights Tour. I had to asnwer some questions. 



Success Criteria

This term for writing we are focusing on information reports. We are learning to use the success criteria to guide our information report writing. Our groups Te Ika a Maui and Aoteroa have learnt about what an information report looks like and what kind of words they have in a information report. 
On my poster it will shows you what kind of words we use. The words we use is Everyday/timeless words, Scientific/ Technical words and Impersonal words. We Used a Information report article called The Taj Mahal. Mr Wong's groups had to make one.
