This year Panmure Bridge School is lucky enough to participate in the Summer Learning Journey from 2018-2019. This is an opportunity for the Manaiakalani cluster school to join. For the Summer Learning Journey we are given tasks to finish. The people who place 1st, 2nd, and 3rd from each school wins exclusive prizes. The prizes this year is amazing. I have completed most of the week 1 challenges, so I moved onto the week 2 challenges. The week 2 challenges is based on water, water, everywhere. To complete this activity I was to go on a site and read interesting facts about fishes. After doing that I was to write down each fact in capital letters and list down if they were either false or true. Above shows all my answers to what I thought about each fact.

  3. Hi Mele,
Great job on completing this activity! It's interesting that starfish aren't fish, and that some fish communicate by moaning and making low pitched sounds. I also find it interesting that the Australian lungfish isn't the oldest fish in the world. How old do you think the oldest fish in the world is?

  4. Kia ora Mele,

    Me again. :)

It's great to see that you've given this activity a go, but you might just want to go back and double check your answers. The '60 Fun Fish Facts' web page is where you'll find the answers for these questions. Here's the link:

Have another go and I'll check back in a bit later. :)
