This week for writing we have been learning about sensory verbs. Sensory verbs are the 5 sense that we smell, taste, look, feel, and hear. For this activity we were to fill in a completed quiz. First we were to fill it in and then click check answers. At the end my results were all correct. In writing we are learning to understand sensory verbs and their use to be able to use colons and semi-colons.
The colons activity is next, but well done on the sensory verbs. Can you see how they could be used as a hook at the start of a piece of writing?
