Science planning house

This is my Science planning house work I did. We had to find out if we could make plastic from milk. we had to write the Aim, What we think will happen, what is the method to make plastic form milk, and what we saw what happened and what we find out. On the side we had to answer some questions using the words No or Yes.

Roy Lichtenstein Research

This is my Google drawing work I did. I had to research some facts about Roy Lichtenstein and the most important fact I founded is about When did he start university and what his university is called.Also I added in some of the Roy Lichtenstein Pop art block writing. On the left it shows the real block lettering and on the right it shows the drawn block lettering.

Xtramaths

This is my xtramaths results. I got 1 wrong witch is 7+8. I got it Wrong because it was so fast from going to page to page. And I got some right. then one with smiley faces means I got it right. But the tick is the one I need to work on. 

Protech Maths

This is my Protech Maths I did for today. Also I got a certificate. I got nothing wrong and Everything right. What I need to work on next time is to try my best and another level. On each section it shows the scores down below. This level was so easy for me. So next time I might move to a next level on protect Maths.

Today I made a we video on Our artworks. This week group A had two artists to do. They are Andy Warhol & Roy Lichtenstein. At the end their are some examples of the artists.

Protech maths

This is my protech maths I did for today. I got nothing wrong. And I got the whole thing right. What I need to work on next time is to try a harder level. 

Mele Pop Art Self Portrait Reflection

1. Are you pleased with your Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein themed portrait? why / why not?

I am really pleased with my Artwork because I really love the colours I haved used for my artworks.

2. What did you find easy when you created your Pop Art portrait?

I found it easy when I was drawing my dots and dying my backgrounds.

3. What part did you find tricky when you were creating your portrait? -think about tracing round your face, outlining your face using a black marker pen, dabbing areas using the dye, dying the background, dotting your areas, colouring block areas and lettering. I found it tricky when I had to write a word to describe myself and tracing around my face.

4. Who / What helped you when you were creating your Pop Art portrait? First Miss Paton explained to us how to do it then we did it by ourselves

5. What would you do differently next time? Think about: tracing around your face, features on your face, dabbing the dye colours, colour choice, photograph, time management skills, dotting your paper, colouring in block areas, lettering. I will try and do my dyed portrait better because it looks smudgy and next time I will try and do my block lettering by myself rather than Miss Paton doing it for me.

6. What frustrated you when you created your Andy Warhol  and Roy Lichtenstein themed art work? I didn’t know what word I could use to describe myself also I was wasting my time.

This is my Reflection art work. For art we did Andy Warhol then Roy Lichtenstein. There were questions that I had to answer. Miss Paton took a photo of us with our portrait art. I liked the part when we had to pick a word that describes ourselves. My word was happy. There were other words such as Friendly, Polite, Kind, and Nice

Mele's Monarch Butterflies KWL

I  know that Monarch butterflies can fly. Monarch butterflies can fly for an hour I know that a caterpillar gets hatch then it turns into a butterfly. Butterflies have wings and legs. Butterflies has labels on them. A monarch butterfly is a caterpillar. A monarch butterfly has wings that can make them fly. Butterflies look so beautiful Monarch butterflies can fly fast if wind comes through	-What do butterflies eat? -Why do butterflies have labels on them? How can they fly for an hour? -what colours can butterflies be? -dose butterflies have owners? -Where do butterflies come from? -How do the butterflies fly? -why do butterflies have wings? -When did butterflies sat flying? -How many hours can a butterfly fly?	-A caterpillar can munch up almost all of the plant -A caterpillar would change into chrysalis that would hatch out into a beautiful butterfly -After three weeks the butterfly was ready to come out. -Soon ,blood come to fill the veins of its orange and black wings and the wings spread out wide. -When the butterfly comes out it stretched its wing a little , and the chrysalis open. -After a day the owner let it go in the garden to fly.

Today I had to write a KWL chart about monarch butterflies. We were not allowed to search up on the internet. Miss Paton wanted to know what we know so we were not allow to look up on the internet. I had to write what I know about Monarch butterflies what I want to learn about them and what I learned. ! thing I learned about this is that the caterpillar hatches into a cocoon and then after threee day it hatches to a beautiful butterfly.

Narrative Burger Planner Strange School

Today I have learnt how to write a Narrative Burger Planner about a Strange School. We had to write the Setting, Problem feeling,characters and the ending.

Comparing The Two Wolves From The Three Little Pigs And Little Red Riding Hood

This is my Venn diagram I made. I had to compare the two wolves in the stories of the Three Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood. In the middle of the Venn diagram I had to write the the same things that the wolves are in the story. A Venn diagram is comparing the differences and the similarities of two things, places, characters, etc.
